Day 3

Subject: [firstname]: Are you obeying The Law of Attraction?

Hey [firstname]!

You may have heard of The Law of Attraction, but do you know what it is? If you don't, don't worry; it's not the kind of law that can get you sent to jail!

The law of attraction simply states that: Like attracts like.

In other words…

Positive thoughts attract positive results.

I'm sure you know someone whom you would regard as “lucky” - everybody does. You know the sort of person I'm talking about: Things always seem to go well for them. They get all the best jobs at work. They always get the girl or guy everybody else lusts after, but never get past first base with. They even seem to pull into the parking lot just as the space nearest to the building becomes vacant.

Don't you just HATE 'em?

Well, you shouldn't! All they're doing is using the law of attraction to their advantage.

The law of attraction was first identified by James Allen way back in 1903. He expounded on it in his groundbreaking work “As a Man Thinketh”.

I'll be honest with you: It's weird, but if you start thinking good things will happen, good things DO start happening to you. I can't explain it, but it's true.

A lot of people harness this into a mantra that they repeat to themselves. For example, if they want to be successful in business they might say: “I am very lucky. Money, wealth and good fortune flows to me in abundance.”

Try it for yourself. It works.

I close today's e-mail with quote from “As a Man Thinketh”. Despite the outdated language, it's as true today as it was over a century ago.

Mind is the Master power that molds and makes,
And Man is Mind, and evermore he takes
The tool of Thought, and, shaping what he wills,
Brings forth a thousand joys, a thousand ills:-
He thinks in secret, and it comes to pass:
Environment is but his looking-glass.
